Anfim S.r.l. began manufacturing premium quality espresso grinders for professional and private use at their factory in the heart of Milan over 50 years ago. Today, the slogan „Anfim - in the heart of a good coffee“ is known in more than 50 countries around the world. The grinders combine superior quality, sturdiness and easy handling to form a perfect symbiosis of state-of-the-art technology and classic Italian style.

Mario Monfrini, who took over the management of Anfim in 1990, can look back on a long and extensive career in the coffee industry. Under his expert leadership, the manufacturing facility, which originally produced only for the Italian market, grew into a modern, family-run enterprise, which now produces over 15,000 grinders a year for commercial use, and sells its products all over the world. Anfim is growing rapidly, and intends to share the know-how and cultural heritage involved in the grinding of true Italian-style espresso with baristas around the globe. The flat grinding disks used specifically for espresso grinding ensure that Anfim grinders rank among the favorite tools of baristas everywhere.
