Anfim S.r.l. began manufacturing premium quality espresso grinders for professional and private use at their factory in the heart of Milan over 50 years ago. Mario Monfrini, who took over the management of Anfim in 1990, can look back on a long and extensive career in the coffee industry. Under his expert leadership, the manufacturing facility, which originally produced only for the Italian market, grew into a modern, family-run enterprise, which now produces over 15,000 grinders a year for commercial use, and sells its products all over the world.
