M100 HD gives the barista the opportunity to effortlessly control several parameters of the extraction. Pressure profiles and brewing temperatures for each brewing group can easily be pre-defined to ensure maximum quality and taste.

Smart Boiler

The Smart Boiler technology (patented) significantly increases the performance levels of hot water and steam, whilst optimising the water level in the boiler and ensuring the thermal balance for an ever-perfect result in the cup even under conditions of maximum use.

Turbosteam Milk4

The Turbosteam Milk4 is an automatic, patented, steam wand system four different milk froth recipes and that allows you to mount or heat even small amounts of milk.

HD

The HD system allows you to control the pressure of the water throughout the coffee extraction process so as to exalt the organoleptic characteristics of the blend used for an impeccable cup of coffee.
