Technical service and maintenance of our sold equipment is a very important part of our business and to offer our customers first-class service is therefore of the highest priority for us at Hermelin. Our technicians are constantly updated and trained and they are also specialized in different areas to streamline and ensure the highest quality and excellence in the service work.

 

Hermelin provides nationwide service throughout Sweden with our own specialist technicians based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo and Norrkoping and through a network of well trained and certified service partners around the country. Our service partners too undergo regular training to maintain the right skills and perform accurate and qualitative service and maintenance of our machines.

 

We also service and repair products sold in Norway, Denmark and Finland (for example Mahlkönig, Ditting, Anfim and Marco products).

Hermelin represents exclusively WMF in Sweden and has over 40 years experience in selling and servicing WMF coffee machines and espresso machines.
